This wasn’t just another website build — it was personal. Eugenie is my mum and an incredibly talented copywriter (who also happens to be my go-to for client projects!). She’s a straight talker with decades of experience, and her brand needed to reflect that — clear, confident, and built on trust.
She came to me for a brand refresh and a new website that better aligned with her services. The goal was to create a professional yet approachable online presence, ensuring that her expertise in copywriting, editing, and strategy shone through.

We refined Eugenie’s brand identity, crafting a fresh but timeless look that balances warmth and professionalism. Her new website was built to be structured, easy to navigate, and designed around her core services, making it simple for potential clients to see what she offers and how she works.
Beyond design, I set up Brevo for email marketing, seamlessly integrating it with her site’s forms, allowing her to manage and communicate with clients efficiently. On-page and off-page SEO were implemented to ensure her site is optimised for visibility, helping her reach the right audience.
We also partnered with John Bloomfield to take new headshots. We opted for a beach and woodland for the setting, aligning with Eugenie’s personality and love for the outdoors.
With ongoing hosting and updates, I continue to manage the technical side, so she can focus on what she does best — helping businesses refine their words and their message.
